I am a fan of J-Pop(Japanese pop) and now K-Pop(Korean pop) since I first laid my eyes on a Korean music video featured on Perez Hilton. Now, I saw this music video on Youtube and I want to share it to everyone because I found it oozing with sexiness! I just can’t stop but sway my hips everytime I hear this tune!

Abracadabra by Brown Eyed Girls (Click the image to see the video.)
On another topic, I’ve said it before that I am not going to divulge anything about my book, but what the hell! I took a part of chapter two for everyone to read. This is an unedited version so please to all the grammar nazis out there, shut up!
He arrived in Bryggen, one of the tourist traps in Bergen city. The wooden row houses were charming with colours of red, white, blue and yellow to name a few. The area were lined with pubs, restaurants, cafés, and boutiques. Designed for both the locals and tourists looking for a place to dine, unwind, and shop.
As he drove slowly, he noticed that there were only a few people around town which was strange until he realised that it was a Monday night coupled with the winter break. Most of the students are on a week-long vacation with their families or friends. He thought the sparse of people was a good thing. It was peaceful and quiet.
Nina recently moved near Bryggen from Nesttun with her aunt and cousin, who were completing renovations on their new home. The house looked stunning with its pristine new coat of white paint. Alex parked his motorcycle near the small gate and fumbled in his pocket for his mobile phone. He opened it and started to check the contacts.
“Nina, Nina, Nina,” he mumbled to himself as he scrolled down on the mobile phone’s contact list. He finally found her name and he pressed the call button. There was ringing on the other line and finally a sweet voice answered.
“Hello Alex!”
“How did you know it was me?” he asked somewhat confused.
“I have your number programmed in my phone, silly,” she enunciated clearly.
“Oh!” there was a slight pause. Then he suddenly chuckled. “You’re right. Stupid me.”
“Are you okay?”
“Yes, I am fine,” he said softly on the other line. “Can you please check outside your window?”
“What for?”
“Just do it. Please?” he politely asked.
“Okay, wait,” with phone on hand she went to her window and opened it. She was surprised to see him there- standing outside her house. She almost dropped her phone as her heart suddenly pumped faster and her dainty cheeks were flushing red.
“Alex, what are you doing here?” she asked while hiding the enthusiasm in her voice. Butterflies started to flutter inside her stomach.
He didn’t answer but instead motioned her to go down and meet him. She nodded without thinking.
“Give me a sec,” she said as she raised her index finger to connote a minute.
She took no time and immediately rushed in front the large mirror in her room to check if she looked fine. She was relieved that she wore a nice pink sweater with a matching jogging pants that showed off her curves well. She dashed inside the bathroom to brush her teeth, fix her dark brown hair and spray a little of her perfume. Now she felt that she was ready to face Alex. She ran downstairs and straight to the door and opened it. There he was- Alex standing beside his motorcycle like some sort of a model or better yet a divine being. He looked perfect as usual with his dark blue jacket and jeans. Looking at his face dazzled her. His purple eyes were smouldering, the straight angle of his nose, the fully red and luscious lips, the prominent cheekbones as well as the nice jawline made his face perfect. Aside from that there was this gentleness and innocence that showed every time he smiled. She couldn’t help, but to sigh.
“You don’t mind that I dropped by?”
“No, I don’t. So what brings you here?” she pretended to eye him suspiciously, but at the back of her mind she was already screaming with glee.
“Nothing really. I just want to see you,” he casually replied.
“I see,” she rolled her eyes. “Did you have problems at home?”
“W-what? How did you-” he was startled a bit.
“I am just guessing, Alex,” she spoke softly when she noticed that he was alarmed.”But, it seems that I am right.”
“How?”
“Well, you coming here unannounced at this time and looking insanely handsome-” she yapped while gesturing her hands from top to bottom in front of him. “-could only mean one thing in my book.”
“What did you just say? That I look handsome?” his forehead creased.
“Oops!” she gasped when she just realised that she blurted something inappropriate. “Stupid stupid me!” she scolded herself in her thoughts while she tried to compose from that blunder. “Forget about that, but what I meant was there is trouble in your place right?” she immediately diverted him back to the topic at hand.
“You are quite perceptive and funny, Nina.” he chuckled. “I feel much better just being with you here. It’s like the old times.”
She felt relieved that he bought it.
“You’re right.” she then remembered the time when they just moved to Bergen, Norway from Alaska ten years ago. It was at school where she met Alex and Odd. Alex was the one who approached her first and asked her to play with them. They immediately clicked and since then the three were inseparable. The memories of the past made her smile.
“What are you smiling at?” he asked her with a quizzical expression on his face.
“I just remembered the first time we met.” she sighed because she knew that things were changing.
“Oh that,” he said with a low voice it was almost a whisper. “I miss the stuff we did before.”
“Me too, I miss you,” she touched his right arm and even though with his jacket she can still feel his hard biceps.
He looked at her and noticed the faint light on the street showed a glimpsed of Nina’s ethereal beauty. Her eyes, her lips and her face were exquisite. He was drawn to her. He wanted to tell her everything if only he could. “I am sorry for being a stranger lately. I-”
She placed her index finger on his lips to stop him talking.”You don’t need to say anything.” then she removed her finger from his lips. “I am just happy that you came and that you’re fine. That’s what matters to me most.” her voice was full of compassion as she gazed at him.
“Thank you for understanding,” he said and then he glanced at his watch to escape her beautiful stares because it felt awkward for him. At the same time he didn’t realise that he already spent almost an hour with her. “I think I better go back home now and sort things out.”
“That’s a good idea!” she lied because deep inside she wanted him to stay a bit longer.
“Thank you again, Nina,” he planted a kiss on her left cheek and her eyes grew wide. A blush appeared on her cheeks again.
Alex mounted on his bike while she stood there dazed. He turned the key and the engine roared softly. Nina on the other hand was still spellbound as she touched her cheek where Alex’s lips caressed.
Alex grabbed his helmet and as he about to place it on his head he heard her call. It rang like a sweet bell.
“Wait!” she walked fast to reach him and took off his helmet from his hands. “This is now or never,” she thought to herself and then she kissed the unsuspecting guy on his lips.
Alex was caught by surprise as he felt the warm and sweet lips of Nina against his. It was electric and the feeling was sensational. He wanted more but, she suddenly let him loose and it was his turn to be bemused.
“Good night Alex!” she teasingly said as she gave back the helmet and ran inside her house leaving Alex frozen on his tracks.
He was too stunned to answer or even move. The sound of the motorcycle engine purring in the background sounded muted to him. It took him a while to regain back his senses as he placed his helmet on his head and drove off. Nina watched him from her window with regret from her recent impulsiveness. But she then dismissed that thought immediately because she realised that everything was so worth it. She flopped herself on her bed and then hugged one of her huge pillows. She softly caressed her lips while she played the kissing scene she initiated awhile ago on her head. It streamed back and forth in her mind as she tried to remember his breath, the warmth and the taste of his lips. She giggled by the thought of it and then sighed.
Hope you like it and wish me luck that I will be able to finish it by December! Thank you in advance!
That’s all. By the way, follow me on Twitter.
P.S.
I just bought my first DSLR camera last week before school starts since I knew that I needed one for my multimedia subjects. I so love it to death now. Here are some sample pictures that I took:

Charles! Love your new toy, it’s one powerful cam.Ü
Now, YOU are also in photo heaven. Can’t wait to see all the lovely pictures you’d be taking.
Goodluck with your book. December’s still months away so I think you have more than enough time to finish it. I’m excited for you!
Yes, I am lol!
You’re right. December is still months away. I should not procrastinate and move on. Thank you!
I have heard of the Brown Eyed Girls quite a lot but that’s the first time I’ve ever actually heard them. Rather catchy though! I like the feel of the verses a lot.
Really awesome writing by the way. Looking forward to reading more!
And your orchid picture is gorgeous.
Same here. I find that the verses actually fits the melody or something despite I don’t understand what it says.
Thank you very much for the compliments!
I prefer the Wonder Girls’ “Nobody But You”, but yeah these one are FIERCE. I’m sorry Charles, this K-POP’s music are giving their country a bad reputation for being “whorish”. Anyway, our friends back home adore Korean Soaps, so there you go.
Nice toy Charles, Odd can be your model subject, ask him to pose semi-nude, haha.
Cheers!
I like the song Nobody too! But this music video has a special place in my heart being a big whore that I am. LOL!
Thanks and I’ll definitely ask Odd to do that! LOL!
Hi Charles, as per your question on the “blockqoute”. I actually added the CSS code into my templates stylesheet. It’s called “pullout” classes. Look the code below (usually copy & paste it and put it at the bottom of your theme css file and save):
/* Pullout */
.pullout{
width:45%;
padding:10px;
background-color:#fff;
color:#444444;
float:left;
font-family: Georgia, serif; background:#fff; color:#381704;font-variant: small-caps;
font-size:12pt;
letter-spacing:0.1em; text-align:left;
margin:5px;
clear: both;}
As to make it work in your entry, you can manually put these html tags into the sentence: insert your paragraph words here
oppss the html tag is not allowed in your comments, find the instruction here.
Thanks for the tip K!
Hey, congrats on the purchase, let us know how it works for you.
You’re writing is OK, I’m not much on dialogues in books, so it is hard for me to pass judgement. Feel free to post another excerpt some time.
That music video clip is nice and sexy indeed!
Thank you. I am familiarising with the functions now and it does remind me of professional video camera that we use at film school except that it takes static images only.
It’s unreal how long you and Odd have been together! Lol.
It’s not unreal dear but just love. Heheheheh. I am just amazed that time flies so fast when I am with him.

Awww thank you very much Renny! I will especially that you guys are now interested despite that it’s just an excerpt!
I love it! btw, I’m now following you on twitter ^_^
Great start. Intimate. Direct.
New camera, congrats. Also with the wonderful results.
Good luck with the new camera… When I got mine, nearly 12 months ago now, I went and did a 6 week evening college to work out how to use it! Best 6 weeks and $120 I have ever spent!
Oh, by the way, Tanya said to say hello whilst I was over here!
Hello! Thanks for visiting my blog – I have no idea how you came about my blog – but i’m happy that you did.
I’ve been to Bergen, Norway – way back in year 2000 – and only for a few days. We were on tour. I remember it well though: the seemingly constant breeze, the sea, – the cable car could be seen from outside my window at the house where I stayed.
Those were great memories.
lol@ asian pop – have you heard that one from Korea that goes like = “I want nobody nobody but you!” It’s a huge hit here in the Philippines as well.
oops my comment turned into a blogpost. lol. hope to see you around my side of the world again! lol!
Wooooooot! andito ka din! hehehe
Hi Jehz! Lol. Yes i am! At ikaw din! woot nga!
PS. it’s cool how it says SVAR instead of REPLY – you’d almost click it simply out of curiosity. haha!
PPS. Hey Charles – added you to my blogroll!
It says SVAR because I am using a Norwegian version of Wordpress. I tried to change it into english but using the function script for functions.php doesn’t seem to work. Oh well, I am going to leave it like that and look for other solutions later.
Thanks for adding me. I also added you btw.
Thanks for the add.
I’d rather you don’t change it! It’s cool that way. SVAR! lol. sorry – am being weird on your blog. haha!
Keep on writing your book…. it’s a long process but as long as the inspiration is there, just keep scribbling (or typing) away! You never know where it’s going to lead you. And when you’re a world famous best-selling author being interviewed on radio and TV, I can say “I knew him when he was just a mere blogger…..”
That’s true the future has endless possibilities and I hope I’ll manage to fulfil my dreams then try to be an inspiration to many.
Is it ok if I say beyoch I am SO jealous of you?! I love the flower photo and I did get one for Christmas, but the sales rep got pissy with me when I took it in to buy accessories, I left it and got my husband’s money back… I told him not to get it twisted, a girl be from New Jersey and can handle her business in English or Swedish…sorry…I digress…
Loved the book excerpt and the camera…!
Hahahah. Btw, I agree that we’re dangerous together and I really hope that we’ll meet up soon!
You kill me…I think we would be dangerous together but out of respect for your Norwegian dad, I will keep away from ya’wll
Read your story teaser and I say MORE!!!
Lovely camera. Wish I had the budget to get a DSLR myself.
I am trying to control myself not to put anymore excerpts. LOL!

I wish I had the patience to write a book!
He is! LOL. It’s really hard especially when I had to forced myself to pour out all the ideas out of my mind.
Hi Chase,
Hope we could get a sneak peek of your book.
Hello dear. I think you forgot to read the excerpt. hehehhe. I’ll tell you once I am done with it. Now I am just waiting for my inspiration since it’s sold out from Apple store.

Charles,
I’ll adding this site into my blog list. Hope you don’t mind.
I hope you’d add more excerpts from your book in the future. It’s an enjoyable read. Odd – at first I thought it was a typo. What a unique name.
Love your camera. Wish I had that.
I will add more excerpts in the near future but first I need to finish my book. LOL.
People that are not from Scandinavia finds Odd as a name odd. But it’s actually a common name here. I mostly named my characters from friends or family here.
Nice and good writing blog you have dear. Wish you luck and congrat for new camera!
